The G 400 d is powered by a 3.0-liter six-cylinder diesel engine that produces 330 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission, that delivers power to all four wheels. The G 400 d can achieve 0-60 mph in just 6.4 seconds. On the other hand, the G 63 is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 engine that produces 577 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired with an AMG SPEEDSHIFT TCT 9-speed transmission, that delivers power to all four wheels. The G 63 can achieve 0-60 mph in just 4.5 seconds.
The G-Class is a true off-roader with its three lockable differentials, low-range transfer case, and ample ground clearance. It is amazing how incredibly the G-Class performs off-road, it can climb steep gradients, cross streams and navigate rocky terrains with ease.
