The first thing that you will notice about the 2021 Mercedes-Benz G-Class is the exterior design. The design is a fine balance of the classic G-Class form and modern aesthetics. The new model is bigger than the previous model giving it a more imposing stance. The grille has been updated with a new design and the LED headlights make the G-Class look more futuristic. One of the biggest changes to the exterior is the inclusion of a rain channel, which runs around the sunroof, allowing water to be diverted without entering the cabin. Other notable changes to the exterior include a new roof spoiler and side-exiting exhaust tips.

The Mercedes-Benz G-Class is a legendary off-roader that has always delivered on its promises. The 2021 model is no different with its unwavering off-road capability, all while providing a luxurious and refined driving experience. The G-Class is available in two models, the G 400 d and the G 63.

The G 400 d is powered by a 3.0-liter six-cylinder diesel engine that produces 330 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission, that delivers power to all four wheels. The G 400 d can achieve 0-60 mph in just 6.4 seconds. On the other hand, the G 63 is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 engine that produces 577 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired with an AMG SPEEDSHIFT TCT 9-speed transmission, that delivers power to all four wheels. The G 63 can achieve 0-60 mph in just 4.5 seconds.

The G-Class is a true off-roader with its three lockable differentials, low-range transfer case, and ample ground clearance. It is amazing how incredibly the G-Class performs off-road, it can climb steep gradients, cross streams and navigate rocky terrains with ease. The off-road modes make the G-Class unstoppable, you can choose between Sand, Rock and Trail modes depending on the terrain.
